We are pretty new, so there aren’t many “frequently” asked questions yet. We will add them here as we get them though!
Where do I put my contact information?
When you create a listing, the platform generates a unique email
address for that listing. When a person sends an email (by clicking the
“Send message” button), the app knows how to redirect and capture the
email addresses of the seller and the customer. By allowing the app to
be the mediator of the conversation emails between both parties, they
never see each other’s email address.
We do this so your private contact information is not out in public. It allows you to choose when you want to share contact information if you or both parties want to move forward with the sale/trade.
How long will my listing be on the app
While it isn’t fully implemented yet, each listing you post will be active and searchable on the app for 30 days. It will track the last time it was updated so you can either update it before the 30 days or if it does expire, you can just go into the listing and update it to reactivate for another 30 days.
